What Is It?

What is Bart’s “Client Appreciation Program?”

Every 60 days or so, I send out my Client Appreciation newsletter. Inside you’ll find information on my upcoming events, get-togethers, discount coupons/freebies for a variety of trades and services. These include restaurants, copying service, free stamps with postal rate changes, informational pamphlets, etc. etc. (please look under the client appreciation tab then click the “past events” tab to see a list of these past offerings).Complimentary scanning/faxing/light copying etc. is also offered.

I realized many years ago that if I communicate that I’m interested in my clients’ well being long after the sale, then they will more likely to tell their friends about me and the deep level of service that I offer. I have been arranging these “grouponesque” types of offerings since 1997. I like to be involved in the lives of my clients well after the transaction has closed.

I have learned that if I continue to sharpen the saw and provide outstanding Real Estate consulting and brokerage services, then people will see that I’m not driven by the money earned but rather a growing sphere of friendships that inevitably results from this way of doing business.

You have my word that I’ll be committed to you. All I expect is that if you’re genuinely pleased with how I’ve served you that you tell those people who are part of your world about me. I’d love to help those who are important to you. As long as I continue to receive your referrals then I won’t have to go out and try to obtain business from the general public. This allows me to pour all of my time, energy and resources into my current and past clients, continuing to show them that I’m still grateful for their originally putting their trust in me to help them with their Real Estate needs.
It is my way of saying thank you to those who’ve let me into their world.
