My name is Bart Anderson – Real Estate Broker with Home Team Northwest. I’ve been a full time Realtor since 1993. I’ve seen a lot of market changes and lending environment ebb and flows since I began my journey so many years ago. I strive to perform at such a high level that you’ll want to joyfully tell all your friends to call me when they need help either buying or selling properties. Most agents spend a majority of their time and energy prospecting for new business. I realized a long time ago that if I do a great job for you, then you will be very likely to send folks my way when they are thinking about buying or selling. I will serve you through my client appreciation program well after the closing has occurred. I don’t spend money on prospecting, rather, I pour it into my past clients to make sure they know how important they are to me.
